Quyen Dang is the Founder of FogRose Atelier, a dessert-forward restaurant and bar in the heart of downtown Bellevue, WA. Quyen has over 15 years of experience in consulting, project management, team building, and business development. She worked as a civil engineer for 11 years prior to starting her own business.
